Privacy policy
The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking. Apart from the transient server logs our host keeps to deliver the pages, the only personal data we process is what you choose to send us by email.

Who is responsible
The data controller is HeavenlyFrog Unipessoal, Lda, Rua Vasco da Gama, 102, Hab. 1.1, 4435-466 Rio Tinto, Portugal, NIPC 518795934. You can reach us at contact@heavenlyfrog.com.
What this website collects
Nothing. The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, contains no forms and includes no analytics or advertising technology. Your browser’s dark-mode and reduced-motion preferences are honoured through standard CSS and are never read by a script or sent anywhere.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. from its global network as our hosting processor. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver a page — your IP address, the requested URL, user agent and timestamp — in transient server logs for security and abuse prevention, under its own privacy policy and a data-processing agreement with us. Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States; any transfer of this technical data outside the EEA is covered by the safeguards in its data-processing addendum (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses). We do not receive these logs; we see only Cloudflare’s aggregate, non-identifying traffic counts.
When you email us
If you write to us, we process your email address, name and the content of your message to answer you and, if a business relationship follows, to carry it out (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Correspondence is kept for as long as the matter is open and thereafter as required by Portuguese commercial and tax record-keeping rules. Email is stored with our provider under a data-processing agreement; where that provider stores data outside the EEA, the same kind of safeguards (standard contractual clauses) apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. Write to contact@heavenlyfrog.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. We do not notify changes individually because we hold no contact list.
