Five steps, no surprises
Discovery
A short conversation and a look at what exists. First contact is with João himself — expect direct questions and an honest answer on whether we are the right fit.
Scoped proposal
A written scope with deliverables, risks, timeline and the agreed rate. Changes are negotiated in the open, not absorbed silently.
Regular delivery
Working software on a fixed cadence — usually weekly — in your environment, with a short written update.
Quality gates
Every change passes type checks, tests, accessibility and performance budgets before it is considered done.
Handover
